Energy Online Tariffs
From 1st October 2011 the unit price for electricity increased by 18.6% and you will see this effect on your bills from 1st January 2012. All domestic Energy Online customers now benefit from an additional 1% discount; monthly Direct Debit customers can now get up to £50 off per year and quarterly Direct Debit customers can get up to £35 off per year. These discounts will be automatically applied to your bill from January 2012 onwards.

1 Energy Online Standard & Eco Energy monthly Direct Debit customers get 5% discount up to £50 per year, £12.50 per quarter (discounted unit rate applies up to 5,893 units per year).
2 Energy Online Standard & Eco Energy quarterly Direct Debit customers get 3.5% discount up to £35 per year, £8.75 per quarter (discounted unit rate applies up to 5,893 units per year).
3 Energy Online Economy 7 monthly Direct Debit customers get 5% discount up to £50 per year, £12.50 per quarter (discounted unit rate applies up to 9,141 units per year).
4 Energy Online Economy 7 quarterly Direct Debit customers get 3.5% discount up to £35 per year, £8.75 per quarter (discounted unit rate applies up to 9,141 units per year).
