(Power NI) have in my experience, a Rolls-Royce standard service which lets you contact and talk to a live human being. You can raise and drop the amounts of your Direct Debit easily, submit your meter read, move house.

Every time I ring NIE Energy the staff are absolutely fantastic. I have two houses each with a Keypad meter installed as I don’t do bills!! The staff on both occasions organised this for me very quickly and offered full instructions on how to use them. They are always at the end of the phone to help if you have a question or query.
Another supplier has offered to register my interest for a keypad service available soon – no thanks, I’ll be sticking with the experts!
