What precautions are Power NI taking to keep services running for customers?

To look after the health of our staff and maintain as much customer service as possible, we have split teams between our three sites so that if one site has to close temporarily, staff will be able to continue to offer a limited service from one of our other sites.  For staff who can work remotely, we have initiated home working.  Any staff who have identified themselves as having an underlying health condition are self isolating.

We have also halted our door to door sales activity as of Wed, 20th March.
