Direct Debit discount

Tariff savings
If you are in the hospitality trade or have lots of refrigeration equipment you may be able to save money by switching to our Nightsaver tariff. If you tend to use more in the evenings, and on Saturday and Sunday then our Weekender tariff may be the best option for you.
It's free of charge to switch tariff and if you don't save money we'll change you back again after a year, again free of charge. Call our Customer Helpline today to talk about the best tariff for you.

Portfolio Plus
As your business grows so too does the headache of keeping track of all your energy costs and usage. For some larger organisations, the introduction of the CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme has placed even more importance on keeping accurate records. To make life easier, we have designed the Portfolio Plus online account just for you.

- Extract consumption data between specified dates (ideal for CRC reporting)
- Option to 'drill down' to individual site level to cost, consumption and meter reading details
- Quarterly bills aggregated into one monthly invoice

Group Bill
If you have two or more monthly-billed, or six or more quarterly billed sites we can organise all your bills into a single group account. This would be of real benefit to businesses, Government departments or councils with a large number of bills to keep track of.
The bills for each site are prepared as normal, but instead of being issued individually they are aggregated to form a single, convenient monthly Group Bill. This means you only have one payment to process each month which can greatly reduce your administration costs. Each Group Bill contains a summary clearly showing the cost and consumption breakdown for each site. An extra 1% discount is given on top of the usual direct debit discount.
To compliment your Group Bill Energy Online allows you to monitor your consumption and costs across all your sites, 24/7.
