Every week, thousands of people miss out on unclaimed benefits. Over the past few years, over 13,000 customers have taken up our free BEC and just less than half of those have been successful in getting extra benefits, on average over £45 a week extra.

As a valued Power NI customer we are please to offer you confidential advice on grants and schemes you may be entitled to. This service has provided advice to over 800 customers and 33% of these customers were entitled to additional benefits of £32 per week.

We believe that it is important to be aware of the needs for all our customers, particularly those with specific needs. Our Customer Care Register is available to customers who may require any of our special services (e.g. braille bills, carer’s contact service).
