We’re all about offering practical help to our customers to save energy and importantly, money. Take a couple of minutes to do an Account Health Check and make sure your electricity account is in good shape.

Another piece of practical help available from us is a free Benefit Entitlement Check (BEC). Every week, thousands of people miss out on unclaimed benefits. Over the past few years, over 13,000 customers have taken up our free BEC and just less than half of those have been successful in getting extra benefits, on average over £45 a week extra.
