Account Health Check

Give your account a full examination with our Account Health Check to see if you can make your electricity bills cheaper.

You can take a quick check up to see if you are on the right tariff and to make sure your are benefitting from discounted electricity.

Who qualifies for an Account Health Check?

You! All our customers can carry out an Account Health Check.

Let’s save you money

Collecting your own meter reading will save you money. If your bills are estimated you could be paying more than you need to.  To keep your account accurate, it is a good idea to take a self-read from your meter and pass it on to us.

Are you on the best available tariff that suits your needs?

If you are on our Economy 7 tariff, ensure you still have the Economy 7 system in your home.  If not, you could be paying a standing charge which you could do without paying!

With the Standing Charge currently £9.37 you will need to use more than 150 units at the low rate each quarter so that you can make savings on your bills.

Are you on a discounted payment scheme?

If not then you can choose one of our discounted payment schemes that best suits you – a direct debit option or keypad.

Direct Debit

With Direct Debit, you will make enough savings on your bills to pay for nearly 2 weeks free electricity each year.  And the other good thing is that you have a choice of paying either monthly or quarterly on direct debit.
