As a customer of Power NI, Your Voice is your opportunity to give us your views on a wide range of energy related topics, including how we can enhance the services we provide to you. Joining the community is completely free, and all you have to do is register your details and answer a few questions. As a thank you to community members, we’ll also have a monthly draw for £50 vouchers which can be used in a range of high street stores.
The purpose of Your Voice is to have regular feedback and communication with our customers. We would like you to tell us your views about a range of issues including how we can enhance the services we provide to you. Our senior management team regularly reviews the survey results, so we can guarantee that your opinions are heard.
Each month there will be a prize draw for all those who completed a survey including the registration survey. Each prize will be vouchers to the value of £50. In addition, as a valued member of our community, we will regularly send you our newsletter, informing you of interesting survey results and other articles.
To join Your Voice, we would ask you to provide a few details about yourself and your household. This is simply so we can analyse the results of your future surveys and tailor which surveys are relevant to you. After that, we will we send you a maximum of two surveys each month. We realise your time is valuable, so we promise that each survey will be easy to complete and take no longer than ten minutes of your time.
We value your views to help us improve our service to you. We promise that the information you provide will not be shared with any third party and will solely be used for the purposes of Power NI. The results will help to inform our strategy. This is not a sales tool and you will not be contacted directly as a result of your comments in any survey by Power NI, unless you specifically ask us to.
