What plans have you made within Power NI to protect customers and staff?

Our parent, Energia Group, has been monitoring the situation across all businesses and implementing measures including implementing working from home where possible, increased cleaning procedures and hand sanitisers across our business sites, distributing governmental health advice regularly to staff, as well as maintaining social distancing at all times.

We want to reassure all of our customers that we have contingency plans in place to continue to service our customers throughout this uncertain period. This may result in our Customer Helpline being busier than usual and we appreciate your patience and support in bearing with us as we all navigate this situation together. We would ask for only urgent queries to be directed to our Customer Helpline and all other non-urgent queries sent via email at [email protected], where possible.

Our response to the developing COVID-19 pandemic remains under daily review and most of our operations are continuing as normal. We are however closely following the latest advice from the Public Health Agency and the government to ensure we implement changes to our operations where necessary.
