I am unable to visit the Post Office or PayPoint to top up or pay my bill. What do you advise?

As a lot of our services are automated, you can continue to manage your electricity account from the comfort of your own home. Customers can top up and pay bills online, via our Energy Online app.

You can also call us on 03457 455 455  to top up, make a payment or check your balance – anytime day or night.
