Is NIE Networks reading meters during the Covid-19 pandemic?

NIE Networks have resumed all meter reading services. From Wednesday 15th July all meter readers will be fully operational and where possible will be re-entering customers' homes and commercial premises. NIE Networks is urging customers to protect its meter readers and themselves by continuing to observe social distancing protocols.

It is important that bills are based on meter readings, so bills are kept accurate.

  • Our Energy Online customers can submit a meter reading within their Energy Online account. We will send them an email when they need to submit a reading for their next bill. If you haven't already signed up for Energy Online you can here.
  • All Power NI customers can also submit their own meter readings via the NIE Networks website or by phone on 03456 093 030.
