Can I change the date my Direct Debit is taken?

How do I cancel my Direct Debit?

To cancel your Direct Debit simply give us a call on 03457 455 455 (Mon-Fri 8am-7pm). You'll then need to contact your bank to advise them that you are cancelling.

I have credit on my account why has this not been refunded automatically?

You can request a refund by calling us on 0345 455 455 (Mon-Fri 8am-7pm). We want to help you manage your energy costs, so we try to spread your monthly Direct Debit payments evenly throughout the year.

When do you review my monthly Direct Debit?

Your monthly Direct Debit is reviewed annually. When we do the review, if we think you're paying too much, or not enough, for the amount of energy you've used and what you're likely to use in the future then we'll adjust your monthly Direct Debit accordingly.
