I have not received a bill but a Direct Debit payment was deducted from my bank account?
Monthly Direct Debit
If you are paying by Monthly Direct Debit (equal monthly payments) your monthly payment will be taken from your bank account on your chosen payment date each month but you’ll only receive a bill once every 3 months.
Quarterly Direct Debit
If you are paying by Quarterly Direct Debit (full bill amount every 3 months) you should receive your bill before any payment is taken from your bank account. Please call us on 03457 455 455 if you have not received your bill. Phone lines open Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm. Calls are recorded for quality assurance purposes.
