I am having problems logging in to my QuickPay account on the website/App.
QuickPay is our handy online/app service that enables you to store your details for easier top-ups.
If you are having problems logging into Quickpay you can choose the ‘Reset Password’ option.
Alternatively you can pay without logging in (you'll need your Keypad Premise Number and payment details handy) or set up a new QuickPay account (just top-up without logging in and select the option to 'Remember details') .
Please note: you will need to set up seperate QuickPay accounts on the website and app.
