I’m a tenant in a property with a Keypad. Do I need to register?

When you move into a new property you will need to register with us, regardless of the type of meter installed there.

If there is a Keypad in your property and you haven’t registered with us, 40% of everything you top-up could go towards paying off an outstanding balance owed by the previous tenant.
