My Account

I would like to close an account for a deceased relative.

Please call us on 03457 455 455* with a final meter reading and forwarding address to close or transfer the account. All accounts will be closed immediately once we have been notified.

We accept details from relatives, neighbors or solicitors. We do not need to speak to a next of kin or Power of Attorney.

Once the account is closed the details will be passed to our Probate partners Phillips Cohen Associates who specialise in dealing with these matters. They will contact you by letter and will be able to offer you their experience, help and support.
