How do I save my login details, so that I don’t have to enter my login details each time I want to access my account via the app?

You can create a PIN to login to the app, if you do not have FingerPrintID, TouchID or FaceID setup or available on your device. Or, if you do have FingerprintID, TouchID or FaceID setup on your device you can use these to login. You will be prompted to set up a PIN, FingerprintID/TouchID or FaceID on first login.

Both the PIN, FingerPrintID/TouchID and FaceID functionality within the app, will remove the need for you to enter your login details each time you want to login to your Energy Online account.

If you have forgotten your PIN please select Cancel and login with your username and password.
