Price Change

How will you be informing customers about the price change?

We will be writing to all our customers to give them 21 working days’ notice of the price change. An email will be sent to our Energy Online customers to make them aware that they have a new letter to read within their online account.

Keypad customers will receive a letter about the price change between late August and early September.

Direct Debit and Standard bill paying customers will receive a letter between August and November.
