Price Change

What does the Power NI price change mean for Keypad customers?

Keypad customers who purchase a ‘top up’ from Tuesday 17th September 2019, will get a special price change code (40 or 60 digits, depending on your tariff).

Press the * button and enter all of the 40 or 60 digits in to your Keypad, followed by the #key (your Keypad will, as usual, credit the amount bought).

Your Keypad will automatically switch to the new rate on 1st October 2019.

What if I make a mistake entering the longer code?

If you make a mistake you’ll get a ‘Rejected’ message followed by ‘Incorrect.’  There is no need to worry. If this happens, please press the * key, enter the special power code again, followed by the # key.

What if I don’t enter this special power code into my Keypad?

All future power codes will fail and you’ll get a ‘Rejected’ message followed by ‘Wrong Tar.’  It’s easy to fix this. Simply enter the special longer power code followed by the power code you purchased.
