How do I read my generation (ROCs) meter?

Do I still need to read my ROC and export meter?

Yes – you will still be required to read both meters when requested. The online system is only a way for you to manage your account, submit readings and have a better overall view of your generating station. It does not provide remote meter reading of your system.

What if I don't have an email address?

We would encourage you to set up an email address so that we can contact you to request annual meter readings. Setting up an email address to allow you to access the system will provide you with greater control of your account and allow you to monitor your payments, meter readings etc.
