What do I need to do if I change my bank account or contact details?
You can update your contact details using the Online Microgen service. Once you have logged in, select ‘My Details’ and click ‘Edit Details’. If you change your email address or bank details please email us at email@example.com providing your full name, address, telephone number and new email address. You can also call us on 028 9068 5010 (lines open Monday to Friday, 9am-4pm).
