What is the best way for students to pay?

There’s options to suit your lifestyle. At Power NI you will be billed each quarter for the electricity used.

Our best discounted rates come with Direct Debit.  Monthly Direct Debit provides a 4%* discount and Quarterly Direct Debit provides a 2.5%** discount. If you decide to pay by Monthly Direct Debit, you will pay smaller amounts in advance of the bill on an agreed date. If you decide to pay by Quarterly Direct Debit, you will pay the full amount of the bill 14 days after the bill has been issued directly from a bank/building society account. Either of these can be increased by a further 2%*** discount with Energy Online which is our paperless billing service.

Other payment options include paying online by using our FREE app on your phone or tablet, over the phone or at any Pay Point or Post Office.
