How can I be sure I won't be double billed?
When you switch we'll contact your old supplier to let them know you are switching to us.
To make sure you’re not double billed the meter reading used to open your Power NI account will be the same reading used to close your account with your previous supplier.
It’s important that you provide us with a meter reading when you call us to switch. This will be used to open your account and the same meter read will be used to close your account with your previous supplier.
