Pay-as-you-go electricity is a prepayment option where you buy credit and top up your electricity meter using a 20-digit top-up code.
You can buy pay-as-you-go top ups in the following ways.
As well as discounted electricity, pay-as-you-go customers get free electricity with Keypad reward. Each time you top up with £50 or more, either on our app or online, Keypad reward will give you an extra £1, £2, £3 or £4 worth of top-up credit depending on how much you top up. The more you spend, the more free electricity you get!

Keypad is a convenient way to support household budgeting by being able to keep a track of what you’re spending. If you are thinking of getting a Keypad meter installed at your property, you can let us know either filling in the switch to keypad form or calling us on 03457 455 455.
The minimum top-up amount is £5 when topping up at a Post Office, PayPoint or online via Energy Online website and app.
