Power NI celebrates National Customer Service Week
Power NI is delighted to acknowledge National Customer Service Week which takes place 2 – 6 October 2017, with a special range of events and activities centered on customers and staff.
National Customer Service Week which is recognised the length and breadth of the country, is an opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in successful business practice.
To celebrate, Power NI will be showing customers that they are committed to meeting and exceeding their expectations with a range of initiatives and Power NI Perks giveaways where customers’ will have the chance to win a daily prize on Facebook.
Power NI is experts in building strong customer relationships, but also advocates for strong brand identity and internal culture as a basis for brilliant service. Recognising and celebrating staff contributions to Customer Service is of paramount importance to the business.
Bryan Henderson, Power NI Customer Services Specialist commented: “We’re keen to hear feedback from staff on their experiences of what great customer service means to them and how we can improve our customer service delivery throughout the business. It’s also a time for Power NI staff to take time to recognize the great people they work with who have the ‘full package, deliver exceptional service and value to their customers”.
