Power NI shortlisted as a finalist for the UK Customer Experience Awards 2017
Power NI are delighted to have been shortlisted for two award categories in the UK Customer Experience awards 2017!
Power NI have been shortlisted for not one but two awards in the upcoming event which is recognised as ‘the biggest and most compelling CX event in the world’ and also amongst the toughest to win. The Service Operations team at Power NI are delighted to have been selected as the finalists for both the award for ‘Best Customer Centric Culture’ and ‘Best Small Contact Centre of the year’.

This is great recognition of the hard work and effort put in by the teams to ensure a great customer experience, one interaction at a time."
The highly-anticipated awards that are being held in London this coming September recognises and rewards outstanding achievement in customer experience across sectors, business disciplines and personnel. With more than 200 entries being shortlisted Power NI are proud to be given the opportunity to present their entry at the finals in front of a panel of experienced judges to demonstrate their worthiness of winning the awards.
Power NI has been recognised by the Consumer Council as having the lowest number of complaints of any local energy supplier for the third year running. This comes about as a result of the hard work and effort from its determined work force, and these nominations are just a further reflection of that.
