As Energy Services Manager I am responsible for the overall management of the Microgen tariff. This involves everything from day to day operations to liaising with Ofgem and customers, to looking at ways we can continually improve the service we offer. I really enjoy the variety and the fact that no two days are ever the same. I also get to work with a great team who are really passionate about delivering great customer service. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, spending time with friends and family along with the odd bit of handbag shopping!
As Microgen Co-ordinator I manage the day to day running of the Microgen tariff ensuring that we provide first class service to our renewable customers. We help our customers receive incentives for their renewable generation system by liaising with Ofgem and submitting claims for ROCs. We also process payments for exported electricity. I enjoy the role as it is varied as I engage with lots of different departments and talk to customers from across the country. My spare time is spent with my family and friends. I also enjoy travelling and experiencing different cultures (especially in the sun!!)
As Energy Services Co-ordinator I am responsible for making ROC submissions to Ofgem and reviewing readings submitted by customers for both ROC and Export payments. I particularly enjoy resolving complex queries where they arise which often means digging into and analysing historic data. When not in work I enjoy reading crime and thriller novels and gardening during the summer – oh and chasing my kittens around.
As a technical administrator I am responsible for helping customers with any queries they might have, as well as liaising with Ofgem and installers. My favourite part of my job is when I can help a customer and make their life a little easier. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, reading and walking my dog.
As technical administrator I’m involved in the daily running of the Microgen Tariff. I’m always at hand to help resolve any of our customer’s queries and building a lasting relationship with them to ensure the smooth running of our service. I enjoy the variety of my work from getting to speak to people from across all of Northern Ireland or dealing with the regulator, installers and other agencies, ensuring that our customers are getting the most out of their renewable generator. In my spare time I’m a keen mountain runner and can often be found in the fells of the Mourne Mountains or out socialising with friends and family.
I am an Administration Assistant and my role in Energy Services is the processing of invoices and grants payments. I provide support for the Microgen team during busy meter reading periods for both ROCs and export and enjoy getting the opportunity to speak with customers. I live in the country so in my spare time it’s lovely to get out and go for walks. I also love going to the theatre and then dinner with friends.
My main role within the Energy Services team is to deal with the day to day running of the NISEP programme i.e. Variable Speed Drive and LED grants. During busy times of the year I provide support for the Microgen team and help deal with ROC and Export queries from customers. My favourite part of the job is being able to help customers and offer grants. Outside of work I like to spend time with family and friends socialising.
