You can call us on 03457 455 455 normal opening hours Monday - Friday 8am – 7pm.

Christmas opening hours

Wednesday 24th and Monday 29th - Wednesday 31st December 2014 opening hours will be 8am - 5pm.

Closed Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day.

Loss of power or operational problems

If you experience failure of electricity supply, to arrange a new electricity supply, for alterations to lines and equipment and for any physical supply matter you need to contact Northern Ireland Electricity. Please remember that this is a separate company to Power NI.
