I am struggling to pay my bill – what should I do?

Call our Commercial Payment & Accounts Resolution Team on 02890 685095, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with a meter reading or email us at [email protected]. We will check that your bill is accurate and discuss payment options available to you. We always lend a friendly ear and do what we can to see if we can come to a suitable payment resolution to help all our commercial customers. 

I don't want to call to discuss this

We appreciate that sometimes it’s hard to call and discuss financial matters. If you don’t want to make that call, email us at [email protected] with the following:

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Your Account Number
  • When payment can be made or your current circumstances and we will try to work with you to come to a suitable resolution
