How can I reduce the power rating of a larger supply?

Once NIE Networks provides you with the Meter Point Registration Number (MPRN) of the new supply please call our Customer Helpline at 03457 455 455 (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm):

• You can get up to 4% discount if you pay by Direct Debit, so please also have your bank details handy when you call

• If you do not already have an account registered with us, you may also be asked for Company Registration details 

• Once registered as our customer you can then agree a date with NIE Networks for connecting the supply
