Can I change tariff?

For premises with standard meters we’ll need to change your meter to change your tariff. The supply will need to be interrupted for a short period. If it can be done during normal working hours it’s free of charge. All we ask is that you give your new tariff a real chance to save you money and stick with it for a full year. After this time you can switch back again, free of charge. A fee applies for installing a half-hour meter.
