Women in Business return with Power NI to shine a light on corporate and entrepreneurial talent in Northern Ireland at the second Spotlight on Success Conference on Wednesday 5th December.
Business leaders including Elaine Birchall (CEO of SHS Group & WIB Business Woman of the Year 2018), Jill Minne (Strategic HR Director of Northern Ireland Civil Service), Dr Joanne Stuart OBE (Director of Development at Catalyst Inc.), Vicky Davies (Managing Director, Strategy & Corporate Development at Danske Bank) and Tina McKenzie (CEO of Grafton Recruitment & Chair of Federation of Small Business Northern Ireland) will share their success stories and inspire and motivate attendees, encouraging them to explore their leadership style and approach.
The event will provide examples of overcoming obstacles, challenges and fears, highlighting the skills required to deliver, influence and perform as a successful leader.
