If you believe that your renewable generator is faulty please contact your system's installer in the first instance. If your installer is no longer trading you can search for an accredited installer via the MCS register or search on the RECC (Renewable Energy Consumer Code) website. Parts of your system's equipment may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty and they too could be contacted for further advice. We recommend keeping your original documents and certifications in case they need to be invoked. If there are any changes to your system following a fault, please ensure that you advise us by emailing [email protected] or calling us on 028 9068 5010.
