
Meter reading FAQs
ROCs are paid on an annual basis and over 93% of our customers receive their ROCs payment in July each year. On some occasions the issue of ROCs can be delayed if:
Ofgem have queries about the claim submitted,
the site has been selected for an audit
or there have been amendments made to the site such as a meter change.
We endeavour to get any queries resolved quickly but providing photographic evidence or updating us as soon as changes have been made to the system will speed up the issuing of ROCs.
