What is Monthly Direct Debit?

If you prefer, you can spread your costs over the year, with regular monthly payments.

For example if your estimated costs are £1,200 a year you would pay £100 on an agreed date each month.

Once your Direct Debit has been set up we will keep an eye on your account to make sure your monthly payments continue to match your energy costs. If at any time we think your payments are too much, or too little, we will contact you to suggest a new amount.

All payments are protected by the Direct Debit Guarantee scheme.
