Instead of getting a bill through the post, you get an email notification when a new bill is ready. You then log into your Online account using a secure password to see the bill details. Your bill will look the same as it would if you received it in the post, but it will be in a PDF online.
Your Online account stores up to two years of your bills, so if you need a copy of your bill, you can print it directly from your Online account.
