Two days before the new tenant is due to take over please call our Customer Helpline at 03457 455 455.
Please have the following information handy when you call:
your Power NI Account Number
Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN) from the last bill
a closing meter reading
the meter serial number (from the front of the meter)
We will close your account and issue you with a final bill based on your meter reading. If you don’t have a closing meter reading we will organise one for you. You remain responsible for all electricity used until your account is properly closed. We can also arrange for the supply to be transferred to the new tenant.
