What do I do if I need a copy of my bill?

From 1st August 2016, a £10 administration fee per bill will apply for any copy bill requests.

Remember, you can always view and/or save PDF copies of your bill free of charge if you are a Direct Debit customer and have registered for Energy Online, our online billing service. Activate your account today at www.powerni.co.uk/energyonline and have your account details handy to make registering even easier
