What do I do if I need a copy of my bill?

From 1st August 2016, a £10 administration fee per bill will apply for any copy bill requests.

Remember, you can always view and/or save PDF copies of your bill free of charge if you are a Direct Debit customer and have registered for Energy Online, our online billing service. Activate your account today at and have your account details handy to make registering even easier

If you do not pay by Direct Debit, don't worry - please call our Customer Helpline and we will be happy to set you up.
