How do I close my account?
Please read your meter before you move out and then call our Customer Helpline. We will close your account and issue you with a final bill based on your meter reading.
If you provide us with the landlords/new tenant’s name, address, phone and email details we can arrange for the supply to be transferred to them, or if you prefer, for it to be disconnected.
If you don’t have a closing meter reading we will organise one for you, but you remain responsible for all electricity used until your account is properly closed.
