I’ve registered for a Power NI account – what happens next?

We’ll contact your old supplier on your behalf to organise the switch. There is no need for you to contact them, unless they have asked for 28 days written notice prior to you leaving. 

You’ll get a registration letter from us within a few days and, if the switch is successful, a Power NI Welcome Pack within two weeks.

Occasionally, the existing supplier may challenge the move, for example for an outstanding payment. If this happens, we’ll tell you what your options are.
