Switching to Power NI

What information do I need to switch?

Please have the following details ready when you call:

  • Account Number (if existing or recent Power NI customer) from the top right-hand corner of your bill
  • MPRN - this can be obtained from a previous bill. If in doubt, call NIE Networks at 03457 643 643
  • A recent meter reading to open your account
  • Your bank account name, account number and sort code. This is to allow us to set up your Direct Debit.
