Power NI is committed to supporting grassroots rugby in Ulster so we gave local rugby clubs the chance to win a brand-new Samurai playing kit for one of their teams for the 2012/13 season.
There were ten kits in total to be won (1 per club) each worth over £1,000 complete with high performance shirts in club colours, shorts, socks and kit bag supplied by leading local sportswear supplier Teamwear Ireland. And the winners are: Academy, Armoy, Ballymoney, Belfast Harlequins, City of Armagh, CIYMS, Lisburn, Newry, Rainey OB and University of Ulster Coleraine. Well done to the winning clubs and thank you to all who entered! Lurgan Tigers were one of our competition winners last year and they were certainly 'powered up' with their new kits as they went on to win the Youth Cup at Ravenhill this season.
