Ballymena Chamber of Commerce & Industry is delighted to announce the launch of the 2022 Ballymena Business Excellence Awards, with Mid & East Antrim Borough Council as the principal sponsor.

Chamber President, Leigh Heggarty from Galgorm Resort, said: “The last two years have been the most challenging times for many businesses, families, and communities. As a Chamber, we are committed to working hard for our businesses and our local community. We hope that the Ballymena Business Excellence Awards will give businesses, and their customers, a sense of normality and positivity.

“These awards help to celebrate the huge contribution made by business to our local community through what has been a very tough two years. I would like to thank Mid and East Antrim Borough Council for agreeing to be principal sponsor again this year and I assure you that Chamber will do everything to make this year’s awards a great success. Indeed, I would like to thank all the businesses who have sponsored awards or taken an advertisement in the Awards Brochure – without your support there would be no awards.

“There are 19 awards this year, so there is a category to suit everyone – large or small businesses, retail, hospitality, agricultural or industrial together with individual awards. I look forward to welcoming you all to the Gala Evening on Wednesday 19th October”.

Chamber Vice President, Mark Wiggins from Power NI said: “Every effort has been made to acknowledge the difficulties which businesses have faced and indeed continue to face. The ceremony, a glittering gala evening in the Tullyglass House Hotel, will be on Wednesday 19th October and it will be an opportunity both to have a great night out and to celebrate all that is good about business in the local area.”
