Terms and Conditions 

  1. All entrants must be over 18 years old. 
  2. Those who enter the competition between 30 July 2025 and midnight on 14 August 2025 will be in with a chance of winning a package including return flights from Dublin to Heathrow on Saturday 6 September (9:45am), transfer to and from Brighton, an overnight stay in a 4-star hotel and Category A match tickets (2x adults and 2x kids) to Ireland v New Zealand on 7 September at Brighton and Hove Albion Stadium. Return flight from Heathrow to Dublin is at 10pm. 
  3. To be eligible to participate in the competition, all entrants must agree to all terms and conditions. 
  4. You may only enter the competition once.  
  5. The prize is a package including return flights from Dublin to Heathrow on Saturday 6 September (9:45am), transfer to and from Brighton, an overnight stay in a 4-star hotel and Category A match tickets (2x adults and 2x kids) to Ireland v New Zealand on 7th September at Brighton and Hove Albion Stadium. Return flight from Heathrow to Dublin is at 10pm. 
  6. The prize has been booked through a third party. 
  7. The prize cannot be exchanged for any monetary value or any other prize option. 
  8. The prize is provided, organised and administered by Power NI Energy Limited, t/a Power NI. Registered Office, Greenwood House, 64 Newforge Lane, Belfast, BT9 5NF. 
  9. One person will be chosen at random and contacted via our Customer Care team, by phone on 15 August 2025.  
  10. Valid and correct address details must be supplied to our Customer Care team for the delivery of the prize to be fulfilled. 
  11. By entering the competition, the winner agrees to allow the free use of their names, photographs and general locations for publicity and news purposes during this and future promotions by Power NI Energy Ltd or any associated or subsidiary company of Power NI Energy Ltd. No fees of any kind will be paid to the winners for any publicity.  
  12. Power NI Energy Ltd reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants to the competition. The winner may be required to submit valid identification before receiving a prize. 
  13. This competition is not open to Power NI Energy Ltd employees. Power NI Energy Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entries which it deems, in its sole discretion, to contravene the spirit of the competition. 
  14. Power NI Energy Ltd is not responsible for problems with entries caused by any factors outside its control. 
  15. Power NI Energy Ltd excludes liability, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage caused to the winner arising out of the prize. 
  16. By entering the competition, the entrant agrees to warrant all information submitted by it as true, current and complete. 
  17. Power NI Energy Ltd assumes that by entering the competition or using this website, the entrant warrants that it has legal capacity to enter the competition and agrees to these Terms & Conditions. 
  18. If there is any dispute regarding these Terms & Conditions, conduct, results and all other matters relating to the prize draw, the decision of Power NI Energy Ltd shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
