Registering for an online account makes topping up your Keypad simple. No need to pop to the shops or leave the comfort of your home to top up! Energy Online also allows you to securely save your details for faster payments. Not a Keypad customer? Our bill paying customers can pay their bills online too!

Energy Online stores all of our communication to you, for up to two years, so you don’t have to worry about filing bills and letters away manually. They can also be accessed 24/7 and can be downloaded or printed if needed. 

4. Monitor your usage 

If you’re a bill paying customer, you may be interested to see how your usage fluctuates over time and the impact this may have on your electricity bill. Simply enter a meter reading into your Energy Online account and we’ll calculate this for you!
