Information for Keypad customers

From 11 November, when you buy a top-up you will receive a 40 to 60 digit price change code. Please enter the full code into your meter. If you're experiencing issues topping up, please email us. Our customer care team are responding to emails 9am to 8pm during the weekday and 9am to 1pm over the weekend.

If you’re a bill paying customer, you can receive up to 6%* discount on your electricity bills, just by registering for an online account. It’s our best value plan. 

2. Make payments quickly

Registering for an online account makes topping up your Keypad simple. No need to pop to the shops or leave the comfort of your home to top up! Having an online account also allows you to securely save your details for faster payments. Not a Keypad customer? Our bill paying customers can pay their bills online too!

3. It's 100% paperless!

Your online account stores all of our communication to you, for up to two years, so you don’t have to worry about filing bills and letters away manually. They can also be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be downloaded or printed if needed. 

4. Monitor your usage 

If you’re a bill paying customer, you may be interested to see how your usage fluctuates over time and the impact this may have on your electricity bill. Simply enter a meter reading into your online account and we’ll calculate this for you! 

5. Get the Power NI App

Once you’ve registered for an online account, you’re able to download our free app from the Apple or Google Play Store – designed to make managing your energy easier.
