Power NI and Energia Group enjoy awards success at CCNNI Belfast event
Northern Ireland’s largest energy provider is celebrating this week following a very successful evening at the Customer Contact NI (CCNNI) Awards where staff brought home top honours.
Power NI employees were recognised across several categories at an event which celebrates and rewards dedication, innovation, and customer-focused service across Northern Ireland.
This year, teams from both Power NI and Energia Group were shortlisted in several categories for the event in Belfast’s City Hall, including ‘Newcomer of the Year’, ‘Rising Star’, ‘Advisor of the Year’ and ‘Team Leader of the Year’, ‘Trainer of the Year’, and ‘Specialist Team of the Year’.
On the night, Mark Lennox was named ‘Support Person of the Year’, while the Unit 8 Refurb Project Team won the ‘Best Working Environment’ title. The Customer Experience and Sales and Retention Teams also walked away with the ‘People and Culture Award’ in recognition of their continued efforts to create a positive, collaborative, and customer-centric workplace.
Alongside these award triumphs, Power NI has also been acknowledged by the Consumer Council for Northern Ireland for achieving one of the strongest customer service results in its latest reporting – recognition that shows Power NI’s commitment to listening to customers, resolving queries quickly, and ensuring a positive experience across every single interaction.
Gillian McCaughtry, Director of Customer Experience at Power NI, says the achievements reflect Power NI’s unwavering commitment to delivering excellent service and celebrating the people who make it possible.
