Individuals and teams across our Customer Experience operations have been shortlisted in various categories at the Contact Centre Network Northern Ireland (CCNNI) Awards 2025, a prestigious celebration of outstanding customer service across the region. This recognition reflects the passion, dedication, and professionalism of our people.
Championing inclusive service
We understand that all our customers are different. That’s why we’ve taken proactive steps to ensure our services are accessible to all. As one of the first companies globally to achieve the ISO 22458 Inclusive Service Kitemark, we’re proud to lead the way in fair and inclusive customer support.
Our energy experts are JAM Card friendly and are trained to support those with communication barriers, hidden disabilities, or additional needs.
We’re long-term partners with the Plain English and Plain Numbers initiatives to simplify our communications, removing jargon and making information easier to understand. For customers who speak languages other than English or have hearing or speech difficulties, we offer translation services and Relay UK, ensuring everyone can connect with us confidently.
We’re continuously striving to improving our letters, bills, and digital communications to make them as clear and helpful as possible, because trust starts with understanding.
