Power NI has been voted number one* for customer service amongst all electricity providers in Northern Ireland. An independent Consumer Council for Northern Ireland report in January 2017 found the Power NI had the most satisfied customers for any energy provider in the province. Not only are we the biggest, but our customers are least likely to be dissatisfied with the service, something we are immensely proud of.
