Terms and conditions

Terms and Conditions:

1.    Entrants must be aged 18 years or over.

2.    If you opt in to receive the Power NI Rugby Newsletter between midnight on 6 October 2026 and 23:59 on 5 November 2026 you will automatically be entered into the free prize draw. You will be ineligible to participate in the prize draw if you opt in after this date.

3.    To be eligible to participate in the prize draw, entrants must agree to these terms and conditions and be a registered Power NI customer.

4.    Only one entry per account is allowed.

5.    The prize is 2 (two) tickets to the Autumn Nations Series test match between Ireland vs South Africa at the Aviva Stadium on 21 November 2026 (“Prize”). 

6.    There is no cash or other alternative for the Prize. The Prize is not negotiable or transferable.

7.    The Prize is provided, organised and administered by Power NI Energy Limited, t/a Power NI (“Power NI”) having its registered office at Greenwood House, 64 Newforge Lane, Belfast, BT9 5NF.

8.    The prize draw will take place on Friday 6 November 2026. One customer will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. 

9.    The winner will be contacted via our Customer Care team. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or has not claimed the Prize within 2 (two) working days from the date of the prize draw, Power NI reserves the right to re-draw the Prize and offer it to the next eligible entrant.

10.    The winner must make their own travel arrangements to and from the stadium.

11.    By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to allow the free use of their name, photograph and general location for publicity and news purposes on its website, social media or other platforms during this and future promotions by Power NI or any affiliated company of Power NI within the Energia Group. No fees of any kind will be paid to the winner for any publicity. If you object to your name being published or made available, please contact us at: [email protected].

12.    By entering the prize draw, you warrant that all information submitted is true, current and accurate. Power NI reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants to the prize draw. The winner may be required to provide valid proof of identity before receiving the Prize.

13.    This prize draw is not open to employees of Power NI or its affiliated companies. Power NI reserves the right to disqualify any entries which it deems, in its sole discretion, contravene the spirit of the prize draw.

14.    Please see our Privacy Statement for details of how we process your personal data in accordance with our obligations under data protection legislation. We will only process your personal information as set out in the privacy statement.

15.    Insofar as is permitted by law, Power NI will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of Power NI or its employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. Power NI is not responsible for problems with entries caused by any factors outside its control.

16.    If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Power NI reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

17.    Power NI reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.

18.    These terms and conditions are governed by Northern Irish law.
