Important notice
Our systems are undergoing planned maintenance from Friday 7 – Sun 9 November. During this time you may be unable to access our websites and apps. However, Keypad customers will still be able to top-up online. We apologise for any inconvenience.
A pay-as-you-go electricity meter. You pay before you use electricity by topping up.
A meter where electricity is billed every 3 months. You pay by Direct Debit or on receipt of the bill.
A standard rate tariff means you pay the same price per unit regardless of the time of day.
An Economy 7 tariff a 7 hour cheaper overnight rate and a higher rate for electricity used during the day.
