What do I need to get an electricity quote?

When you speak to our energy experts, it may be helpful to have the following items to hand so they can provide an accurate electricity quote:

  • A recent meter reading
  • Your Keypad Premise Reference Number (KPRN) or Meter Point Reference Number (MPRN). If you use a pay-as-you-go Keypad meter, your KPRN is the 19-digit number you use to top-up, which can also be found on your Keypad card. Alternatively, your MPRN is an 11-digit number found on your bill. If you can't find your MPRN, you can look this up on the NIE Networks website using your address and meter serial number (found on the front of your electricity meter).
